Country Sourdough 

A fermented flour and water mixture that contains wild yeast and good bacteria
which produces tangy flavor and slightly chewy texture. 

This naturally leavened bread doesn't contain any additives. 

Ingredient: Unbleached bread flour, whole wheat flour, dark rye flour, water, salt

Dough Weight 680 grams.

Can be sliced up to 12 slices for 1.2 cm thickness.

Storage: 

The bread can stay fresh for 3–4 days in room temperature.

Can be stored in the freezer for 2 months.

Not recommended to store in the fridge as the bread will get hard and stale faster.
