Seeded Sourdough 

This sourdough is packed with roasted seeds, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, flaxseed,

white sesame and black sesame. 

This naturally leavened bread doesn't contain any additives. 

Ingredient: Unbleached bread flour, whole wheat flour, dark rye flour, water, salt, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, flaxseed, white sesame, black sesame

Dough Weight 700 grams.

Can be sliced up to 12 slices for 1.2 cm thickness.

Storage: 

The bread can stay fresh for 3-4 days in room temperature.

Can be stored in the freezer for 2 months.

Not recommended to store in the fridge as the bread will get hard and stale faster.
