NOTella Sourdough

A Sourdough with premium cocoa, dark chocolate chips and roasted hazelnut. 

This naturally leavened bread doesn't contain any sugar, oil or food additives. 

Ingredient: Unbleached bread flour, whole wheat flour, dark rye flour, water, salt, cocoa powder, oat milk, 70% dark chocolate chip, roasted hazelnut

Dough Weight 700 grams.

Can be sliced up to 12 slices for 1.2 cm thickness.

Storage: 

The bread can stay fresh for 3–4 days in room temperature.

Can be stored in the freezer for 2 months.

Not recommended to store in the fridge as the bread will get hard and stale faster.
