100% Rye sourdough is made with rye flour, water and salt. 

Suitable for people with wheat allergy.

 

This bread has deep and earthy flavor from whole grain rye, it also has an intense sourdough tang to it.
It pairs perfectly with strong flavored food and also goes well with just butter and marmalade.

 

Rye is perfect wheat alternative for weight loss, it is high in fiber, vitamins and mineral.

It can fill you up for longer than wheat and it also promotes gut health.   

 

Ingredient: dark rye flour, water and salt

 

Dough weight 750 grams 

Can be sliced up to 20 slices for 0.8 cm thickness.

Storage: 

The bread can stay fresh for 3-4 days in room temperature.

Can be stored in the freezer for 2 months.

Not recommended to store in the fridge as the bread will get hard and stale faster.
