This sourdough is made with 80% dark rye flour and 20% wholewheat flour. This naturally leavened bread is filled with rolled rye, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, white sesame, black sesame. 

Suitable for people with insulin sensitivity

Dough weight 750 grams 

Can be sliced up to 20 slices for 0.8 cm thickness.

Storage: 

The bread can stay fresh for 3-4 days in room temperature.

Can be stored in the freezer for 2 months.

Not recommended to store in the fridge as the bread will get hard and stale faster.
